Pre-Employment Programmes

Customised training programmes designed in consultation with an employer to address their entry level recruitment needs and provide long term unemployed job seekers with employment opportunities.

Fees for Service Training

Accredited or non-accredited programmes, development workshops, motivational sessions are designed and developed to meet our clients needs. Our flexibility and sound understanding of training makes this an excellent solution for clients.

Traineeships

Traineeships provide new and existing employees with the opportunity to up skill and further develop their skills and knowledge. These qualifications can attract government funding initiatives subject to specific criteria being met.

Recruitment

Flat fee recruitment for the lower salary bands and percentage fee for service for the middle to high salary bands
